Hey team, let's get an update on the QuickBooks migration. How are we looking for the March deadline?

Here's the status:

23/25 clients fully migrated to QuickBooks Online. The remaining two: • Hartley Corp — waiting on bank feed connection (Flinks ticket #4521) • NovaTech — historical data import running, ETA tomorrow morning

No unpaid invoices older than 30 days. We're in good shape for March 1st.

NovaTech has a lot of historical data — I'd estimate closer to end of day tomorrow. Also, can someone double-check the HST on the Hartley invoices? Something looked off last week.

Good catch, Melanie. Found it — Invoice #1847 has HST at 12% instead of 13%. Created from an old template. I'll flag it for correction. Want me to generate a corrected version?

I've also noticed the Mosaic DB backup hasn't run in 18 hours. Kicked off a manual snapshot — should complete in ~5 minutes. Not blocking anything but wanted to flag it.

@Abby yes please fix the invoice. Also can you remind me tomorrow at 9am to follow up with the Hartley bank feed?
